Who we are
This website is run by AFG Dubai, the UAE office of AFG. Our office is at Silver Tower, Office 2102, Business Bay, Dubai, UAE. You can reach us at info@afgdubai.ae or +971 54 218 4086.
What we collect through the quote form
When you send a request through the quote form we receive the details you type in: your name, company, email address, the optional phone number and country or city, the project details you choose (such as sector, water source, capacity and product) and your message. We also record the page the request was sent from and the date and time.
To keep the form free of spam, your IP address is used for a short time to limit repeated submissions and is passed to Cloudflare Turnstile, the security check on the form. It is not saved with your request. Turnstile is provided by Cloudflare and may process technical data about your browser and device on Cloudflare's side to tell people from bots.
Why we use it
We use your details only to reply to your request and to prepare a quotation. We do not sell them. They are shared only with the AFG team members who work on your enquiry, in the UAE and in Türkiye, and with the providers that host this website and deliver our email.
How long we keep it
We keep requests for as long as we need them to handle your enquiry and for the business records that follow from it. You can ask us to correct or delete your details at any time by writing to info@afgdubai.ae.
Cookies and analytics
The site does not set analytics cookies unless you accept them in the cookie banner. If you accept, Google Analytics 4 measures which pages are viewed and clicks on our phone number and email address, with IP anonymisation switched on and advertising features switched off. If you decline, Google Analytics is not loaded.
Your choice is stored in your browser, and you can change it at any time with the "Change cookie choice" link in the footer. The site also stores your light or dark theme preference in your browser (as "afg-theme") so the page looks the way you chose next time. This stays on your device and is not used for tracking.
Your choices and how to contact us
You decide whether to send us a request and whether to accept analytics. To ask what we hold about you, to correct or delete it, or with any question about this page, email info@afgdubai.ae or call +971 54 218 4086. If we change how the site handles data, we will update this page and the date below the title.
